Jill C. Paulin

Jill became Senior Vice President in 2018. In her role, she is one of the linchpins helping to usher our digital strategy to serve agents, members, and customers more efficiently and effectively. Jill has more than 20 years of experience in Customer Operations at AFBA and 5Star Life. Starting as a Customer Service Representative in 1996, she has ascended through the ranks progressively holding positions of increasing responsibility and scope in customer service, training, and operations. She became Vice President of Operations in 2014 role in which she was instrumental in implementing key enterprise projects. She earned her Business Administration degree from Bridgewater College.
